My mom passed away on December 9th. She is joyfully dancing, singing, and praising God in Heaven. She is finally whole. She is finally pain, depression and cancer free.

I'm just not ok. Between my mom dying and my older son on the verge of a mental breakdown, I'm just not ok.

We officially moved! It has not gone as smoothly as I would have liked. Mom's newest update: good and bad news. You're mental health is just as important as your physical! You are worth it! If you need help, get it. If you don't need it, be it for someone else.

Been having a rough time mentally lately. Self worth is so hard to have and keep. I'm a very empathic person, and it's exhausting, yet it's a connection I have with Christ that I hadn't thought of before. The scripture I mentioned in the video was from Luke 7:11-15.
