Loving the videos as always!!! To correct my comment in the last video Odysseus’s motif/ instrument is both the electric and acoustic guitar depending on the mood of the song. I completely got Athena’s wrong while rewatching a few or Jorge’s shorts Athena’s instrument/motif is actually the piano like with what you hear in warrior of the mind. The clock ticking is actually the motif for something called quick thought something Jorge made up basically Athena’s special power, you’ll learn more about it in the wisdom saga but basically she can have a whole conversation with you in your mind quickly (like the end of the open arms automatic) hope that’s helps a bit understanding the musical more and apologies for giving your false information

the first one who died was polites, the open arms dude, who was not just the first man he lost, but also his childhood best friend. that is why he froze like that from the shock

Jorge does an excellent job of setting up motifs and then using them as call backs throughout all the sagas...it is nearly the same level of Lin Manuel Miranda in Hamilton, and it really pays off in the enjoyment of later songs.

The Cyclops is actually Jorge himself! He's using an old voice modifier that his Dad gave him years ago. Jorge made a short about it before! Also curse you for leaving it on the Polites death frame for so long. /lh

Chris's wife, Morgane (pron. Morgan), is a talented singer/songwriter herself & is involved in every aspect of his music. Chris was very well-known in the Nashville music community as a songwriter before he went solo. He wrote hits for many artists. He also helped create/sang with The Steeldrivers (Bluegrass) & The Jompson Brothers (Southern Rock) bands. Morgane is the one responsible for getting him to go solo. If you haven't heard it, you might like to hear his 1st solo recording, What Are You Listening To. It didn't really get much play, which is astounding to me, because it's great. So funny that he's a great songwriter whose 1st big hit was a cover.

This is why I fell in love with this Musical; the musicality itself paints vividly and adding the vocals and lyrics just makes the painting alive. Makes you wonder how Jorge came up with this masterpiece. PS: watch out for reoccurring motifs and call backs it will make the musical more interesting to analyze: how these motifs and call backs fits the song; and it will also adds more weight and context to future songs.

The chorus you hear is the audience singing with Dimash. I would love to be at his live concert to witness that just one time in my life. The most amazing concert I have ever seen was Dimash's Emei Mountain concert. I really shows the love between him and his "Dears". Never in my life have I ever seen a show quite like it.

Well, no one has ever said that Dimash is currently in creative stagnation. all these songs were performed five or six years ago. when he was working with Igor Krutoy. After that, he didn't have a single hit. Dont know if I'm the first to say this but in some songs there is a danger motif. Its in three of the songs from this saga and appears several more time in the musical.

I can answer why he did it, first thing to note is that dimash had intended to do a lessor note and it didn't come out notice the waving of the microphone as frustrated his voice failed him, he reloaded and over shot the note he planned. This is a rare mistake by Dimash but in Dimash fashion his mistake gave us this insane note to gawk over. I had heard that he had planned to do the seventh octave which he has done many times F7 F7# G7 G7# I have heard those in other songs he performed. But that D8 which is off the piano, the piano ends with C8#

D8 is one note OFF the piano!

Dimash said he can go higher but no point as his goal is to make beautiful music not set world records. I have no doubt he can go higher but I am sure he will not let us see higher.
