NO U-BOLTS - Make Your ATV Seat/Box Easily Removable in Minutes
LINKS TO PRODUCTS BELOW...My installation of a box (really nice box that I bought for $169 Canadian) for my ATV. Easily removable in minutes. I installed it backwards to what it should be so that my wife has a bit of a backrest with some added cushions. I can also easily turn it around to face the proper way.
I used a rivet nut tool to install rivet nuts and then used knurled thumb screws for quick installation or removing of my box. I used a front box because I wanted it smaller and a lower profile. I did this on a Yamaha but it might work on other makes. Please leave a comment to let me know if you liked my idea for attaching the box.

Love this model had a friend who put a Marc inline six 115 power trim stainless prop it ran almost 70, great boat.. Went on to buy a Gt-150 to put motor on it ran slower? Go figure!
Even with only a 60 HO E-Tec on it, it pop's out the water with 4 adults in seconds. Absolutely no bow rise.

Where did you get the interior parts? I have the same boat and needs seats and is missing the back end jump seats and fuel/battery cubby
I was fortunate that when I bought the boat it was all intact. I had the seats redone exactly like the original.

Either side is good. Part way through the ride the scenery/view changes from one side to the other, but I would say left side might be a bit better.

I had this happen as well. By the time I realized what was going on and pulled over, my brake rotor was glowing red. It actually cupped and needed to be replaced after that. Much easier to check your master cylinder pre season as you say. Could have been much worse.

Hello Was the tour good? Did you also stop at beautiful spots to take pictures or did you just drive and see the scenery? Which side should you sit on the bus for the most beautiful views if you start the cruise and finish on the bus? Thank you
The tour was really enjoyable. We stopped at a very high spot where there was a restaurant and great views. Also at other various points we would pull over for the views and picture taking.

Yes there are loons on the lake but it is a huge lake and there are lot's of places for them to be.

How did you get the center stringer out from the bow?
It was pretty well rotted out at the time so was easy to dig out.

Not sure when it was made. It is a great video of Ole's life and the beginning of Evinrude outboards. They are my favorite of which I currently own 5. Happy you enjoyed it.

Excellent tip Dale. Brake service is a very over-looked service item on a sled. Since you only have one thing on the machine to stop you, it's not just a good idea, it's critical. Pads should be inspected, and brake fluid should be changed every year as part of pre-season maintenance. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, so it absorbs moisture, and it brakes down due to pressure and heat. Thanks for the video. Nice sled!
