I am a RVA vegan, but you definitely know what to do with black-eyed peas and stewed tomatoes. I love stewed tomatoes and black-eyed peas, very vegan without the smoked turkey. The RVA recipe my mother and grandmother followed calls for bread as a thickner, but my vegan/carnivore household uses Ritz crackers. God bless and much continued success.💯
