Its a very similar story to mine, i woke up dizzy i spent a week in bed then woke up one morning with deafness in my left ear ,, i read online that this was a medical redflag ,i managed to pay for an audiologist to visit me that day and was told this was a medical emergency,, i went to a uk doctor who told me not to worry and sent me on my merry way !! I had 27 weeks off work and now suffer from complete deafness in my left ear, and severe tinnitus, It socially affects my life , i get tired i get brain fog , Its absolutely HORRENDOUS

AHHH I wanna visit Ramen Arashi next time I head down to Calgary. Also I went to Class Clown and got their Szechuan chicken burger, it was delicious! We found their fries were just okay, ours came out quick cold actually :( however their burgers do hit the spot HAHA

Im experiencing the same now. Canadas ER system really sucks. They treated my case as ear infection. So I lost the time to get oral steroid or ear drum steroid. And Im still waiting to see an ENT, which they won't consider my case as urgent. And most hospitals don't have an on call ENT. What a joke. So how r u doing now? Did u get any hearing aids?

Hello Joey, Do you mind me asking if you’re able to watch movies at theaters or concerts with your tinnitus? I had the same thing happen to me a while ago with my hearing & tinnitus and to be honest I haven’t gone to any places with loud noise (for a while) such as concerts, movies etc because am scared my tinnitus will get worst? Have you noticed any changes with your tinnitus over time? Thank you 😊 Keep on Shining ☀️

I love the idea of tiny homes and tiny "getaway homes".. There's that cozy feeling that you don't get in even a slightly bigger space.. I always dream of that tiny cabin in the woods in the autumn and winter months, a fire crackling in the background, listening to some tunes, and cooking something simple.. With a view that you can't get anywhere else. That level of quiet that is scary at night.. The amazing night sky with seemingly millions of stars..

I also went to chasing last minute!! I'm glad it didn't get cancelled because the rain was so heavy at one point 😭ISOXO delivered on his set & ending Day 1 off with illenium was great! I also took your advice and went to Golden Sands for dim sum, it was SO GOOD. The taro swan puffs were our favourite 🤩

Joey, am sooo happy you’re doing much better about your hearing. I went through the same thing (hearing issues & tinnitus) and it’s only been a year for me. Maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to leave the comfort of my home and travel/camp but am too scared about making my tinnitus worse. 😞 May I ask has your tinnitus changed after all these years (louder, tones, unnoticeable, etc)?
