I just filmed this elevator today, 23 December 2024. It no longer has the black flap on the doors. Indicator still partially broken, still has the epic motor. Doors still unsafe after flap was removed. 3 is still locked off

i got busted in the same buildiing just recently, when I tried to film the ballroom elevators, the security was being awful and tried to unlawfully detain me and forced me to leave through the security exit, he also wont let me leave through one of the regular exits ant that specific security should get fired

Those are Montgomery KONE installs, because of the year of installation was 1995, after Montgomery was acquired by KONE in 1994.

Those elevators are actually from 1987, according to Florida Elevator records.

Sometimes I find pre-recorded music on generic Chinese controllers like Shanghai STEP and Suzhou Monarch annoying as sometimes it's unnecessary IMO. Not sure why these Chinese companies like to do that, especially with Kenny G's "Going Home" single which is very popular in the PRC. That gap between the top floor door and control board though...

That nudge mode beep/voice is standard and very common in Asia. Weird how they lack a door close chime despite having nudge mode and "please select a floor" voice (AAN-B).
