Ik theres no scientific evidence. But me, and two of my best freibds have hsd nearly identical cycles for awhilr.
It’s real. Lol. The problem is science doesn’t care to research women’s issues so they tell us it’s all in our head. This is the same with so many things! (Female heart attacks are different than men’s so medically females are gaslit into being told they’re not having one, etc)

People are going to disagree with this so hard lol but I have 3 sisters, I am also a lesbian, so I have been around and living with other females my entire life. Sometimes yeah we can get on or close to the same cycle but that’s life there’s only so many weeks in a month. But cycling and syncing up isn’t not a thing. For example I’m on my period right now and my wife had hers two weeks ago. Sooooooooo no dummies it’s not a thing!!! Sometimes we do link up but it never lasts. People wanna think it’s a thing though, so just let them 😂😂😂 let the comments begin lol

When I was a teenager and lived in a girls group home, after about 8 months, my roommate and I noticed that we get our periods at the same time. It stayed that way until I left when I was 18. Now that I have children, three girls, my oldest who is now 18 and my 12-year-old obviously both get their monthly. My 12-year-old who lives with me gets hers at the same time as me. Sometimes it'll be a week off. But it's always around the same time. So I have to disagree with you. It happens. I don't know the scientific reason. I don't know if it's a proven fact but I know that it happens. It's happened when I was a teenager with girls that were not related to me. As well as now with my daughters.
Anecdotal evidence is not fact. Also, it could be coincidence. Half of your evidence is your daughter who could have the similar cycles to you because of genetics. So really, you have one instance where it synced up, which can be boiled down to coincidence. Syncing up doesn’t happen. But there are a lot of factors that make it seem like it does.
Menstrual bleeding might happen every 21 to 35 days and last 2 to 7 days. once it’s in advance and once in delay, sooner or later you could have the same cycle as Taylor Swift or Lady Gaga 😂😂

Guys everyone here is like I’m too scared to try but I wasn’t scared but I could not find the right freaking whole to put it in (Ik that sounds really wrong) after I got it in it felt so weird. Guys just don’t be scared to try to use it if it hurts your probably doing something wrong. Just try it. For me it was so much more comfortable to use a tampon cause it was way less annoying and I can wear all my clothes like leggings and stuff without a pad showing through. I definitely messed up when I first tried to use a tampon i couldn’t get it in but the second time I was fine so. Anyways just don’t be scared to try using a tampon the hardest part is finding the right hole…

Guyz I did it on my 3rd cycle😭😭 there was a swimming bday party and I really wanted to join the swimming.. so I took like 10 minutes getting a tampon in. It isn’t that bad actually.

Cramps before your period is a sign of pms it’s basically a heads up XD

It’s when you experience period symptoms before your period, it’s a change in hormones, and if your period is somewhat regular to the point where if you try to predict it your right sometimes than you can use your pms symptoms as an indicator that your starting soon Least that’s what I do lol

i like both but i recently have preferred tampons not only do i feel cleaner wearing them but im not sitting in my 🩸which is basically what wearing a pad is but after a while you feel nothing, easy application/easy applying, & just over all more sanitary to me :) !
