This is so true! Just because we provide a valuable service and help people doesn’t mean we should be treated like a charity! Would you walk into your doctor’s office and complain about the price? Would you expect them to give you a discount just because you NEED the medicine?

For example two: I see 20 squats and I think about how many reps I want everyone to have as a total at the end of the day. That total would be 100 reps. I'd ask at least 5 rounds from my group, and tell them to scale the pull-ups, jumprope, and load to get at least that. Fitter people will get another 2 to 3 rounds. If the goal really was to get everyone 12 rounds +, the reps would definitely have to be chopped. (Sense it isn't written that way, I'd personally not encourage it. Do the big set, take breaks, be sweaty.)
In the first example: Let's say athletes go from the back squats, right into the jerks. Does that first jerk off the back rack count for the total? For this workout, I'd say yes. But only for that rep. Reason: A squat clean into your first front squat from the floor counts. Personally, I am going to run this from. The racks, and I don't expect anyone to get after it to the point that they would try to go straight into jerks after squats.

This video proves that success isn’t a straight line. It’s about learning to adjust and grow through every obstacle that comes our way.
This short makes zero sense and has absolutely no context, are they teaching an exercise class? How do you teach a physical class and not work out?
Coaches should never work out in the class they are coaching. How can they possibly deliver the best coaching if they’re sweating, out of breath, concentrated on their own movement instead of the people they’re coaching?
They are there to teach, ensure people are moving correctly and safely, scaled correctly and getting the best workout possible. None of that can happen if you are also doing a workout. It’s not step aerobics where people just follow along with you.
