I know this is a joke but as a legit note from someone who stuggled with sleep through my teens but now as an adult I sleep amazing I participated in many sleep studies and tried so many different sleep aides but the best thing I ever did was stop trying to force myself to sleep. If i lay down and im not asleep in 10 minutes or less, I get up and try again in a little bit.
