stagnancy versus growth ~ there is no final glow up destination, rather glowing up is a way of life where you are constantly engaged in rebirth. when we aren’t proactive about working on our karma and life purpose, our energies can move into a place of stagnancy. difficult emotions and self-defeating patterns solidify, and the universe is then prompted to create a difficult external circumstance to put your energetic growth back in motion. we can avoid these rude awakenings by choosing to prioritize our spiritual growth and hygiene in our lives. in this video I outline four key life inventory’s you can do on a weekly or monthly basis to make sure you are staying on top of your spiritual lessons and continuously growing, rather than slipping into stagnancy.
