Very good talk, Im a man who has worked on myself and being in many different group and spiritual settings over decades. My experience is that women also struggle a lot with holding space for men being vulnerable. Its clear the old programming is deep in us all and I have only met one women that could hold an open, loving , neutral space where we both could be authentic. Its my personal experience of cause , but I have been to 5-6 women therapists over the years with the same challenge. So we need healing on all levels, relationships and society about masculine/ feminine and be our relaxed selves without fear.

Thank you for recording this. Very informative and useful. My key take aways - "When you can't spend enough time at a temple, you download the info it has to offer and take it with you by touching the walls, feeling into the place... " That's a very powerful tool, not just for Egypt but any place I will travel. The energy work starts as soon as we plan the travel. Similar things are said for some of the temples in India. Next time I visit India, I am going to connect better with those places after listening to this.
