C4 is not above C3.

This was so informative! You really helped me understand that I am dealing with cervicogenic dizziness. I have had episodes of vertigo, but generally as a symptom or side effect of a virus. I have an MRI scheduled so I am curious to see my results!

Excellent explanation and video! One question: Can you have both? I was diagnosed 14 years ago with BPPV, but now I feel I have Cervicogenic dizziness.
It can happen concurrently. Vertigo does not last longer and doesn't generally behave like a chronic disease. It comes in episodes and disappears in two weeks. Cervicogenic Dizziness would be the opposite of it.

@@indranidasgupta8982 Meet a physio who can treat your neck. If the neck is alright, Dizziness will go away.
I have disabling vertigo since a year. I ended up in a wheelchair. Drs are not able to diagnose the reason. I have MS but both ENT and neuro said its not central or peripheral. I do have a big bulge kn my neck. A herniated disc. Even laying down and sitting up i cant do daily activities my head is always heavy and tugging and i feel like im in water or sinking in bed. I heard physio helps but what med can i take to supress the dizziness
