Never going to Royal Enfield service centre for repairs, @syedsmotovlogs was able to fix the issue right away while RE folks took the bike for 36hrs and gave back without proper resolution. Also, learn how to maintain and keep chain clean for long rides.

Please let me know if anyone has solution for the weird noise. It's super irritating and I am not liking to ride my Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 now. Also, if you are from Bangalore, please suggest me a tubeless conversion place?
