    Very lucky you get to see Rota from Saipan to Guam. I got the right side of the plane and didn't see Rota. But the flight was really breathtaking tho after years of finally traveling.

    This brings back memories of the days in the 1990’s when I had business reasons to travel several times to both islands from the States. Beautiful places. Also made it to Tinian, Palau , and Peleliu as well.

    How did you get such a clear image? When I look at moon with the same telescope as yours I get a stupidly blurry image

    • @Mart_Plays

      Try focusing the focuser, if that don't work, you need to clean or align your Mirrors inside the telescope. Also try to clean your lens.

    Where do you live when you saw the Orion?because I live here in Los Angeles and I couldn’t find anything ☹️

    • @Mart_Plays
      @Mart_Plays 3 роки тому

      I live In Saipan ( Northern Mariana Islands ) in the pacific ocean, the island is very small, so the light polution is very low. I can see alot of stars. But if you can't, that means you have to much light polution. You will need to move somewhere very far in order to see more stars.

    How did you line up the nebula?

    • @Mart_Plays
      @Mart_Plays 4 роки тому

      Its really easy, find the nebula in the sky, if you can't, download a app that checks your sky to help locate, one is celestron sky portal, then locate it with your telescope by using your finder scope or red dot, then look at your focuser to check if it's there, if not, try to move around the telescope view to find it. You can look at it but no detail, use your phone with iso and exposure, it will make it look better.

      i think you can, but it will be blurry, hard to focus and pointing towards object like saturn or jupiter, it will move out from the point of view very fast.

      Depends on seeing conditions too and how you know if the atmosphere is turbulent, the more rapid the stars twinkle

      @@Mart_Plays Yeah haha you are right. The reason I comment was that I have been to Saipan 9 years ago and it is a beautiful island. The only downside is the communities there are basically only Japanese, Korean and Chinese, it makes me feel like I am not exactly in the USA.

      what i did is to set the object ( like the moon ) on the side of the view not the middle in the lens, then i focus it until i can get it out the most i can try. then my phone camera, i also set it to the side of the lens so that it does'nt show the middle part.

      @@Mart_Plays I’m having trouble with the lighting of the moon and on your video you seem to get good video and good pics of it do you use phone adapter

    • @Mart_Plays
      @Mart_Plays 4 роки тому

      I dont use the phone adapter, i use my hand. Go to your camera on your phone and check if there is pro mode. Set the iso or the speed of the camera to lower the light of the moon. Keep trying to make the moon look detail as possible. If your phone does not have pro mode, look for an app the can change the iso or the speed of the camera.

      Here are guide: how to setup and use the telescope: m.ua-cam.com/video/yMzEHfx45wA/v-deo.html m.ua-cam.com/video/Hiu_jNRQ93s/v-deo.html Other Tips: Try to use the refocuse the focuser. If it doesn't work , check if the collimation is good ( primary and secondary mirror align ). If its not the mirror alignment, check if the mirrors have moisture, If there is, let it cool down. Usually takes 30 mins to 1 hour for it to cool down. Just leave it outside so its temperature can level with the outside temperature. You should do this when the sun is near sunset, so you can make the process more faster cause of the heat of the sunlight.
