We are Form the Future CIC. We connect young people to a world of career possibilities, inspire them to dream big and empower them to fulfil their potential.
Our services include: careers awareness and employability skills events, a mentoring programme, careers advisory service, and work experience and apprenticeships support.
We also organise and manage Cambridge LaunchPad, our STEM outreach programme. It is a movement led by Cambridge science and technology companies, investing their talent and resources to inspire young people, especially girls and young women, into STEM careers.

Ambassador Spotlight with Franck Courbon
Since he joined us in 2022, Franck Courbon has visited schools from Cambridge Academy of Science of Technology to Linton Village College, Netherhall Community College to Bottisham Village College, despite a very busy working life involving international delegations, business trips to Japan and running his software solutions company Ethicronics.
We point the Ambassador Spotlight in his direction and ask why he feels it's important to find time around his other priorities to talk to students about what he does.
