Hi I've been using a somno guard and it is working well, however, in the morning when I wake up, my bottom teeth feel very sensitive and it feels as though it will fall out ....like its loose, this can't be normal, have I done something wrong? I think I have the somno guard 3, please help

First, thank you for getting a conversation going. I do have a few comments/suggestions. 1) I agree, counters should be as bare as possible, despite what's going on. Anything that is out, it dirty. 2) I think patients should wash their hands once they are in the building. 3) Aerosols definitely needs to be addressed, this is tough one. I like your idea of an assistant to help. To be honest, RDH need to start using HVE no matter what the crisis. Again, thank you.

An another excellent job by Dr. Balanoff. One thing to modify - Hydrogen Peroxide is the preferred rinse that is effective against Coronavirus. Although Chlorhexidine is antibacterial it is not effective against the virus (just released -May 2020 CRA report)

It might seem like smaller sized practices may have it easier, but believe me it seems I may have more challenges than the larger ones. Most commonly there’s lot of clutter in the office.
