@@loveshore-hj7jh I don't think it would work on Pink Pepper and for reds depends on the undertone. It would work very well with brownish reds in my opinion...however, the best way to check is to try it yourself and experiment with different combinations!

Thank you - yes I do :) Lip liners I tend to use for pink lipsticks are: 1. MAC - Soar 2. Nyx - Ever 3. Makeup for ever - Versatile Chestnut - for super light pink lipsticks with brown undertones

Yeah most of the pinks here kind of wash me out no? I do think it is also my fault, I bought a lot of these on sale early on - so I think my shade selection is at fault here too. 🥲 The Pat McGrath website has a lot of shades (30+) so I am sure there may be more colours that are better suited. Some which I find really beautiful are: Flesh 3, Nocturnal Armour, Elson, Sedition, etc. In case there are any colour categories you are interested in, I could explore the latest shades and suggest some which may be brown-skin friendly based on the pics online?

@@mashantha I have seen swatches of their entire range and i still feel they aren’t suited for brown or warm skintones. If possible, do show us ABH and Nars lipsticks. I haven’t seen much of their videos and would like to know your opinion on the same.

Ah noted…great idea on ABH and Nars! I have heard a lot about ABH lipsticks but I found their lipstick collection quite limited and not brown skin friendly :(( Nars I have always wanted to try but somehow never happened…it may take some time (I try to buy stuff during sales etc. 😅) but I will definitely keep this in mind and plan to film something in the next couple of months!

@@mashantha I generally try to keep my skin hydrated and that has worked.. but do require steroid based topical ointment/ foam for some persistent patches. Enstilar foam and Daivobet gel is what I use regularly.

Hi! It is more like strawberry/cranberry red. It is pretty light on the lips because it has a watery consistency but is very heavily fragranced :( The fragrance is almost overpowering.

Completely agree! Minis over full-sizes always! Unfortunately not all brands create minis or offer them standalone; usually it is only offered as a GWP (Gift with Purchase) 🤷🏾‍♀️ I wish all lipsticks had a mini variant - that would be amazing
