Not your inheritance not all and no permisson

The thing that I like about Kenda is that he simply tells the facts. Granted, he uses wit and charm, but he avoids emotion--which is the sole measurement for talking heads now--and simply tells facts. He said on one of his shows that murder is in all of us, and it is not preventable. I must agree. Many will never rob or rape, but anyone can kill, when the right situation is present, or the emotions are high enough.

Violating a basic Constitutional right based on hearsay, unproven accusations, and the whims of some liberal judge is NOT DUE PROCESS. Our system is NOT guilty until proven innocent, it is innocent until PROVEN GUILTY. Apparently there is no problem with "gun violence" when it's armed police taking away the weapons of a person who may have NEVER COMMITTED ANY CRIME. There are little to no penalties for accusers making a false accusation, nor is legal representation provided for the person whose weapons are seized. It may cost thousands in legal expenses to get them back. In many cases you don't get to face your accuser after your weapons are seized. Violates multiple Constitutional Amendments. A serial killer has more rights than a victim of these Red Flag laws. Typical one-sided, leftist, viewpoint ignoring the serious arguments on the other side.

Great scoop!!! Paul Friedman's non profit is interesting. He certainly knows a lot of facts about gun violence. However, as this scoop shows, it's a complicated issue.

I love Lt. Kenda's attitude! My Dad was active until the ripe young age of 83. His death within 2 weeks from a fall was sudden, but before that fall, he was getting ready to go to a New Year's Eve party.
