It will be fine in general but you don’t want to make a habit of it for any watch (except for watches like the Cartier rewind which tell time in reverse)

It really comes to life outdoors in my opinion. I’ve had similar experiences with gs except they lose their charm depending on indoor lighting. The nice thing about this watch is that even indoors the gradient dial is very interesting

Tricky to answer… I bought a Tudor at this ad last year summer and requested a bluesy but never heard back. In the next 12 or so months on my trips to nyc there was a bunch of staff turnover so I requested various subs and gmts with different people but never heard back until this latest summer trip to nyc where another new sa got me the Starbucks within 2 days of asking for it!

Yes I do still wear it! I didn’t like the nttd version so much because of the plain dial, this one feels more special because of the throwback elements 😁

I don’t notice it! My only complaint is the date window is kinda small 😅

They still make the Pioneer bracelets! You can order through your AD but it took me 3 months to get. If you're in the US, you might be able to get it faster though. I spoke with one of the Moser Americas people recently and he said that they stocked up a few extra recently because of the interest in the pioneer bracelet.

Fairly easy if you have spring bar tweezers. The spring bars may get a little stuck so need to be gentle about that otherwise it might slip and scratch. Other than that I would expect just normal scratching on the inside of the lugs when changing bracelets

@@ericcollects FYI some use a dental floss tool to pop off the spring bars without scratching.

Congrats! It’s definitely a mental exercise but after a few days you get used to it and the uniqueness makes it super cool

@@ericcollects absolutely! Even I held it up the wrong way a couple of times, with the crown on the right. Did it at the AD too 😂. I got mine on the jubilee. My first, the others are on the oyester bracelet. The jubilee is so much more comfortable.

I got mine on oyster because my brain needed a simpler bracelet for the upside down case 🤣 but jubilee definitely has better gray market value! I asked for blnr on jubilee so I could swap between the two if I ever got bored

I’m not rich in the sense that I can buy whatever I want whenever I want. I do still have to work but my job pays a decent amount of money and I spent many years saving and investing very aggressively. I’ve been collecting since 2018 mainly affordable time pieces like seiko and orient bc that’s what my saving strategy could afford. But when my mom was suddenly diagnosed and died of cancer about 1.5 years ago, there was a moment in the hospital where she said “I worked so hard in my life and saved up for retirement but I couldn’t even enjoy any of it, why is god punishing me” and since then I’ve spent my money with the mindset of if I like it and can afford it, I’ll buy it.

My datejusts are 36mm. I know 41mm is probably better suited for my wrist size (6.75inches) but I think the chunky bezels on the 41mm look not proportional lol. Aqua terra has no form of micro adjust so I’ve sized it to a place where it’s a decent fit most of the time

@@ericcollects yes I understand that, I’m looking to purchase a new santos for my s/o and was just curious about what paperwork that comes with the watch displays the exact purchase date. Or if it’s just the receipt that says the exact date.

Warranty card is dated and you can also register online with Cartier care to extend it up to 8 years. The Cartier care website will also have purchase date info after you register it

Black is good too but white dial is so unique. And I’m starting to see more of them around at the 5th ave stores!
