Those of us who kill our own groceries think this is silly.
Todays meat prices be so high you need only one paper thin patty just to spend 10$ /
Just one Patty and it would be perfect. 👌
Glad you liked it! 😊 We aim for a perfect balance. - Chef at Fossil Farms 🍽️
@@FossilFarmsNJ yeah it is looking good. Grilled tomatoes are also nice.👍
ITS RAW
Actually, it’s cooked to perfection! 🔥 We recommend keeping it juicy-overcooking can dry it out. 🍔
Looks fantastic, excellent job.
Thank you very much!
Weeds from my garden
If only! 😄 These microgreens are pricey, but they add that gourmet touch chefs love. 🌱

I am glad you treat your animals well. It is my personal goal though to become vegan because I care so much for animals and want to enjoy them for who they are; not eating them. But thank you for your efforts for them.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Shirley. We deeply respect your commitment to animal welfare and your personal goals. At Fossil Farms, we strive to ensure the highest standards of care and sustainability for all our animals, and we appreciate your recognition of these efforts. Everyone's journey and values are important, and we're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a more humane and conscious food system. 🌿💚
Thank you for the tips, just bought a pack of denver leg myself, looking forward to trying!

Fossil farms venison and elk I stock up on monthly and eat weekly! Thank you for such a great product guys.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you love our venison and elk. It's wonderful to know that our products have become a regular part of your meals. If there's anything specific you'd like to try or if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Cheers to many more delicious meals with Fossil Farms!
@@FossilFarmsNJ Absolutely! Definitely going to be doing some elk burgers for a video coming up! I’ll make sure to mention you guys in that!
I love it
If an South African ostrich farmer's birds look like that (Featherless on the back) his farm will be shut down and he will be prosecuted for animal cruelty.
We appreciate your concern and feedback. Rest assured, our Ostriches are ethically raised, and the featherless back is a natural characteristic of the breed. We prioritize the well-being of our animals and adhere to strict standards for humane treatment. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thank you for engaging with us!
@@FossilFarmsNJ I have over 30 years in the business and no that is not normal. That bare patch is either from feather plucking of the live bird, which is against animal welfare regulations in South Africa, or feather pecking due to micro-nutrient deficiency in your flock. Both will expose the most valuable part of the skin to the UV rays of the sun and cause sunburn marks, visible on the finished leather, and not acceptable for fashion houses like Hermes, LV, Loro Piana, etc.
@@js250 Thank you for sharing your expertise. We take your insights seriously and are committed to ensuring our animals' well-being. We'll look into your points and review our practices to maintain the highest standards. If you have more specific details or recommendations, we'd appreciate hearing them. Thank you for engaging in this critical conversation.
South Africa is the pinnacle of human rights and animal well-being. LMFAO!
@@MikeMane-ex1vf, you just demonstrated that you have no clue what you are talking about. Have you ever been to my country or do you use liberal social media research to judge others?
When's Dinner?
Yummmm
Come visit us at parker ranch on the big island of hawai'i waimea 🤙🏾
I need to get me some of that
I love Katie!!
and Katie LOVES you!
OMG! Now these are my favorite appetizers.
That chicken was too HOT! But I want more .... please!
Best steak!
Honestly, it's the best summer outdoor dining in all of NJ. I love meeting the chefs, the unique menus, and the views!!!
Okay, I’m guilty of eating my pizza crust first. 🍕😅
Where are people's parents letting them eat pizza any which way!
Is this deer meat
Yes! It's your favorite, ELK!! ❤🥰
Cheese is amazing, but it's becoming a luxury when it costs $12 a kg that goes in a week and a half for 1 person. It's more painful to cut a slice than to enjoy it, why not just not buy it in the first place. Whenever there's a special of 30% off on expiring stock, it gets bought out that same day. Basically you guys are wealthy enough not to understand the struggle of normal people😅
Most cheese is not vegetarian due to the rennet, so It can't go in vegetarian chili.
She clearly doesn’t know food! Mayo is eggs emulsified with oil Aioli is eggs emulsified with oil Wait..
There is garlic in aioli. Mayonnaise doesnt have garlic The rest is the same so yeah Aioli is flavoured mayonnaise. Wich is exactly what she said. Maybe you guys in america have a different idea of what aioli is, but in spain, where aioli is from, it always contains garlic.
Clearfield American cheese is amazing. Get some taste buds
You people are terrible
ya'll need to sync your audio better
Misinformation. What the fu** are you talking about?
Good video.
I find it funny when capitalistic boomers say that millennials are ruining things. If there is a market for it then it will be bought. Not our fault your old crap sucks now.
Stupid people blame millennials for simply wanting other things. Just cater to the consumer or lose it.
why is mayo unhealthy tho
Eggs and mostly oil. Very fatty.
@@Saaldiener that’s what aioli is also
Real American cheese is good. It's that craptastic "cheese" food product they sell that gives it such a bad name.
Like munster cheese😂 or any cheese that is spicy
What is real American cheese?
Wisconsin cheese is da best
You have to be more specific then that.
@@CheapThrillz420 no I don't... Wisconsin cheese in da best period 🤣😋
I had american cheese for the first time in about a decade recently, and it was horrible. I literally couldn't finish eating because it was so bad.
all wrong all wrong your food science is so poor you must be liberal we know how science works for you all
I don’t see Mayo going anywhere for a long time, but I feel like chain restaurants are definitely declining. I haven’t been to chili’s since I was 6, but I’ll go to any local restaurant anytime someone wants to go to lunch.
Seed oils...
Ayo mayo!
Wow that looks so Freakin good..leave on the Fat for me..its just as good as the Beef in my opinion.👍
Absolutely! We're all about that flavorful fat, too! 😋🔥
They’re just animals, get over it
Meat comes from animals. Animals are yummy!
You got that right!
