When you say set a timer for 10 minutes, are these constant reps for the whole time? Or is there rest in between, such as doing the complete complex every minute on the minute?
You can change it up and do 2-3 cycles EMOM or rest as needed, but don't put the kettlebells down for the entire 10 minutes (brutal). Rest only with the KB in the rack position.

It is possible. I now bench 230 by trying this method. it took me a bit longer cause I took breaks but this really works. Thanks for the tips. I will continue for another month and see how far I get. thanks for sharing.
My max now is 335 and will increase it to 405 by the end of the year. I still take breaks and let the muscles recoup, I am also incorporating a stronger back to lift heavier. and it's working.. great video.
I do this straight for 1 1/2 weeks to break out of the plateau (kind of like boot camp). but normally I do regular, example:mondays will be bench and triceps. Tuesdays: shoulders and back. Wed: biceps and core abs. thursday: legs and cardio. Friday: incorporate all with less wait but more reps. Rest on Saturday and Sunday. When I feel to start getting weak or a plateau I incorporate this technique to shock the muscles. Just give yourself breaks and don't overdue it cause muscles fibers need to recoup. Good luck and hope you post a video of your achievements.
those kipping ttb would be no reps because your feet didnt pass the vertical plane of the bar
