How ti fixed?
Issue solved: after a firmware update, crashed (0%). The screen is black and the gimbal has no firmware on it, I've tried to update keypad as well, happened the same. I've bought USB connector, managed to update keypad, but not actually firmware, always ended up with the error "send error". In the end, the app still showed me that keypad hasn't got any firmware. Came back to force to update combination: on a gimbal, press together the setting and on/off button for 5 sec. until "update" screen appears(important! hold it until lines finish to connect together). Go to App on your phone and launch Feiyu ON ---> Go to firmware update IMPORTANT! if you tried to update keypad as well and failed YOU MUST UPDATE KEYBOARD FIRST BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO UPDATE FIRMWARE (otherwise it doesn't work). 1) So keypad firmware first 2) after finished, restart everything(gimbal and app), put gimbal in "force update state" again 3) and now can do a firmware update. Important, if on any update step fails/stucks (put gimbal in "force update state") and it will go through I think, even if guys just tried to do a firmware update and failed, give a try to do both in sequence: keypad and then the firmware. GODD LUCK IT MUST WORK!!!

Same problem as me! Next time dun’t use phone to update flimware! In this problem you can just send it back for warranty.
