I’ve done same on Etsy it’s a waste of time there fees make it way too expensive to sell I sold some gates to America after fees I made £78 I’ve had a bit of success in the uk on eBay but nothing to shout about there’s too much Chinese crap for pennys

just went on etsy to look for cedar bird nesting boxes and yours came up in the results . which is a good thing! Good luck to your experiment. hope you sell many! theyl last years so defo worth 32 quid. ilike the hinge idea so you can take out one seasosn nest, (as some birds wont reuse the same spot). I always make large planters as im a Gardener but your videos on the bird boxes shifted my head to bird box mode lol. Ive made a few in the past and sold alot. i was lucky to get some planed red cedar off a mate whos had his new extension cladded. i ripped them into 20mm strips and mixed the tones in light, medium and dark. glued n pinned together. they look ace! Try glue ups next and see what you can do. where are you based? im in Aberdeenshire

Just a tip in general. I think your stuff looks a bit rough. That can have its own niche, but if you try and stain a few with a dark oil, it might look more expensive. Good luck with everything.
