It's so comforting to watch this -- I got taken down hard on day 2 with a cold too, maybe even the same one, and it knocked me out for the week. Watching this as I sat down to plan my week made me feel a lot better about all the unfinished tasks I've had to move over from last week. We can still catch up!

Great video. I have lived in VT, NH, MA, CT, FL, WI, AZ, NC, and Vegas and finally returned home to Scotland in 2018. Living by the sea makes my heart sing. We need to do the things that nurture us not just our bodies but our spirits as well. Congratulations to you and your husband on your new beginnings.

I agree as a writer that we all have our flaws, I have my flaws like anyone else. Some of my flaws could be seen as worst then yours but you come across as someone who got a paddle used and now explaining why! I think talking about some of this is important to the average listener. Thank you!

I am sort of doing a kan ban but inside my planner and even there the non named brand stickies notes fall out. I'm writing my list down and only making a few sticky action steps at a time then marking items done and tossing the sticky note. I like putting the action step into the planner for the day I want to get it done. If I can't I just move it. I watch UA-cam streamed to my TV so I don't comment much but hello. I start my channel in late February when I leave the pay check job. I can't wait to have more writing time.

Audio Books are magic, and Audio Artists are the people who give the expression to the written words, the author intends. Audio Artists create what the author felt when he wrote. Audio Artists are the flow of the authors lifeblood and produce the feeling he wants the listener to hear and feel going into his or her auditory canal. AI (Artificial Intelligence) cannot express human emotion. Miss Kylie this was very well articulated. Long live Human Audio Artists.

A.I is a good invention but it doesn't need to be everywhere, especially if it has the potential to stop people from doing what they love. Btw, currently watching No Guns Life. You did a kick ass job as Mary 👍

As an artist, I always learned to celebrate the positive and successes and bury the negative and and not dwell on them. Artist are different and very critical of self. Therefore, I encourage you to do the same rejoice in the positives and let the negative go. As an artist I learned to let it go. Artist create to give away or sell, oh sure we can always improve on it, but once its done it's finished. The improvements will go on the next creation. Just a thought. To some creativity is easy, it all depends on the media. We can always be better.

Honestly following this whole journey has been kind of comforting in a way? I have anxiety especially around going into things I don't know much about beforehand, and I've always figured I'd have kids one day but the idea of being pregnant and especially giving birth has always been this terrifying unknown. Seeing you come at this with the intent of explaining what it feels like and what to expect helps ease those nerves and bring it back into an 'I could do this one day' zone

I just finished the HB90 course, which I found through you, so I love seeing how it's been working for you even during this big phase of change!

This is really nice to see. I've been trying to get into a routine myself, and it's pretty hard when I'm the kind of person who gets frustrated if I feel too boxed in. Finding a system that I can do every single day without feeling like I've lost spontaneity is a balancing act for sure. I picked up bullet journalling recently, which I know like everyone swears by. At first I didn't have a lot of faith in it being something I'd stick with, but after trying it out for a month or so it started to feel pretty natural and it really does help me organize my day and be productive. I'm way more likely to keep up with household chores if I have a list of things I can cross off as I find a moment of spare time. A long list of little tasks helps me a lot more than a short list of big tasks, I find.

I love how you address decorating and personalizing your space. I remember when I was in highschool I got a bin of sharpies and coated my desk in song lyrics and drawings of hetalia characters. I've never missed a piece of furniture the way I miss that desk now, because it was the first time I really made something mine. I feel like there's a difference between owning something and making it yours, for sure. And working in a space that's already filled with things you made is really encouraging when you're trying to make something new
