Fun, evolving, historical, art discourse from an established Vancouver-based artist. (Means gen X baby) I’m covering every genre of art; painting, writing, music, dancing, architecture, and more. As a child I studied the violin, at a music and choir school, learning classical style music. I’m Angela Costello;
recently, I went from traditional painting; to digital art, because of health issues. I studied in London, Ontario @uwo Western University. I transplanted to Vancouver, Canada, since 1991. I studied at Emily Carr in 2003. I lived in Argentina in 1996. I lived in Mexico in 2006. My work is rich with references from my travel history; as well as, my beloved First Nations BC West Coast art. I’m surrounded by local art museums, and galleries. I volunteered at CAG for a few years back in the day. I am connected with the local scene. The muppet/puppet Queen is the fun innocent innovator. The alter-ego.
