This song just embodies spirit and emotion for me. It makes me feel attached to a part of myself that can't be lost, an eternal child exploring a confusing, yet beautiful maze with nothing but the prettiest of sights. It reminds me that amidst the cynicism and broken ideals this world pushes onto me, that I have myself and my mind to return to. It reminds me that there is a purpose to introspection, even if it isn't immediatley clear, and it reminds me that maybe humanity can change. It brings me hope, it brings me pure, unbridled amazement. It holds the rabid dog of uncertainty and strife away from me by chain, and I can forever be grateful for that.

I have been searching for this song for years, first heard it as a child, and over the years have heard it at random moments, secondary school class room, lift music, but I never knew the name nor did anyone I know, after listening to a compilation of Brian Eno starting from the lovely bones soundtrack, I was reading on my phone and I heard this playing looked up and realised id found it, purely by accident, words are not enough to express how emotional and happy I am right now :D...

After many years later this video is still there. Let me tell you out of all the material I used to learn kanji, this was the most effective. Of course it’s not all you need to l earn them. (Eg no kana here) but after doing what I did: Watch these two videos probably tens of times. 30? 50? Whatever it takes Don’t watch passively but keep your brain on by trying to feel the meaning. Eg for objects you summon a picture in your head when you see the kanji pop up. For more tricker concepts, try to match the feel of the concept with the kanji as best you could. Couldn’t have done it without the inspiring music as well.
