jarjar travels - Bukit Indah Fried Fritters (武吉英達炸油条) - corner of Jalan Indah 1/2 & Jalan Indah 1/1
Bukit Indah Street Food at Jalan Indah 1/2 & 1/1
Join me as I take you to Bukit Indah, located at the corner of Jalan Indah 1/2 and Jalan Indah 1/1, to witness the making of crispy fried fritters! In this video, you'll get a step-by-step look at an experienced uncle preparing dough sticks and frying up delicious fritters that are crispy on the outside and light on the inside-without being too oily.
From the dough preparation to the frying process, I capture the magic of how these tasty treats are made and served fresh on the street. These crispy fritters are a local favourite, offering the perfect balance of flavour and crunch. Watch until the end to see the final product and get a taste of authentic street food in Bukit Indah.

    I enjoyed the video. It is packed with so many beautiful sceneries and greenery, refreshing moments and feelings. There are many chickens in the park. Are they wild ones or taken care of by anyone? Or, is Pasir Ris Park reserved nationally by the local government office or NGO or so? I can rarely see chickens walking around in the park in Japan but dogs and cats. The view of the tree leaves looked up from the below is a beauty beyond description. That view itself is a mental therapy, and seeing greenery and being in the middle of it, feeling what you sense should also be so. Very Nice!!!

    • @crazyjarjar
      @crazyjarjar 8 днів тому

      Thank you! Indeed it was refreshing and therapeutic to walk among the beautiful trees at the park. This is a park under the jurisdiction of the National Park Board (now known as NParks), a statutory board of the Singapore government responsible for enhancing and managing urban ecosystems. The chickens are roaming freely on their own. There are many other parks in Singapore with their own chicken battalion! 🤣 In the next weekend, perhaps you should go check out a nearby park that is filled with autumn leaves and share with everyone? 😊

      @@crazyjarjar I see the many parks are under the jurisdiction of the NParks, so chickens and roosters can do whatever they do, roaming freely, fighting with each other.
