Mr Jesse, Hope this finds you well and getting your feet back under you from surgery. I was diagnosed with cancer and decided i wanted to try my hand at blacksmithing, while i can. I've watched many videos and came across yours tonight and and just love yours. They are more down to earth than the others I've seen. I see your last one was 2 months ago today and i hope you do more. Prayers fir you Mr. Jesse

Mr. Jesse, I'd like to start by saying I love your videos! I completely understand how nervous you are about your upcoming surgery. I hope it's comforting for you to know that doctors do those types of procedures everyday and have an extremely high success rate. I imagine the doctor that is to perform your procedure is just as comfortable and confident in his success as you are in turning metal into beautiful pieces of art. I look forward to seeing your future videos! You are in my thoughts and prayers!

I am 78 years old and I refuse to let the"old man" catch up with me. When I am not blacksmithing, I ride my Harley or drive my 71 Mustang.

You're teaching a good lesson to us oldies, don't sit around and do nothing. I'm 77 and started smithing at 65 and I'm having fun.

Hey Jesse. You keep swinging that hammer. I started blacksmithing when I was 50. Now I am almost 59. I am teaching my youngest son now but he is getting to where he teaches me sometimes! If I live to be 81, I sure hope that I will still be smithing like you.
