Aren’t those ducts mounted upside down ? I understand the smaller end should be toward the coming airflow otherwise moist and grease will leak

Wouldn't an overhead projector marker be a better idea than a sharpie just in case you make a mistake you can wash it off. Or just stick to a pencil. 🤔
The crimped outlet from the hood should go inside the duct. If the duct is smaller (6"), use 7" to 6" reducer.

The deflector seems to be a waste of money. Over $150 extra and it's useless.
Easy when you have everything set up, but when you have nothing like i have in my kitchen firt make the spece second hole 🕳️ on the side bc that is the only way out the smoke

Will this still vent all the cooking smell out (spice, oil, and meats) since my original top round duct is 6' diameter (On your website I see an adapter reducer from a 7-6')? I could care less for sound...Smell is the main problem for me (I want high CFM)!
Hey! yes! it will vent all the smoke, smell and fume to the outside. if you already have 6" ductwork in place, you can just replace your current range hood and replace it with a new Pacific range hood and use the original existing ducting. Have more questions? email us at info@pacifichoods.com

要用公制單位 m³/min 要測排氣管後的流量 不可測出風口(口徑越大越吃香) 但測排氣管後流量 才知實的還是虛? 跟櫻花最早的流量差不多 出口幾公分? 林內出口就比櫻花大一吋. 總風量感覺看到參數小一點.但實際 管徑大.阻力小....... 其實總風也差不多 葉片可拆洗才最重要的 久了葉片會卡硬油泥 大直徑單葉片才是正確.因為才能簡單拆洗

100% of the smoke will be vented to the outside of the home while the grease will separate into the oil collector in the back that can be removed to be deposited and cleaned. =)

check out other videos...lol...not a jet engine but i don't really know that you can expect whisper quiet from 1,000 CFMs...I've seen it @ around 70Db on High...yeah a bit loud...but i want suction...
