Ok I didnt know overtraining can get so bad. Based on the symptoms guess I dont overtrain but rather I need to focus on 1-2 days of better rest time.

How many sets and repetitions?
I'm entering the intermediate stages of lifting. I lift 6 days a week and probably have 8 hours of gym time a week. Every 4 weeks performance begins to slide as well as some of the symptoms you mentioned popping up. I usually take 3 to 7 days off while stretching, adding an hour to my sleep each night, and massaging large muscle I put a bunch of volume on. Is my quick recovery time from keeping moderate rep ranges? It's not too taxing on me, so I can usually lift just fine even if I'm kind of tired.

Good One 👌 I basically went past overtraining and into Rhabdomyolysis. I'm already 2 weeks off with zero training. No change in symptoms yet. I'm gonna use some of these tips to ease myself back into exercise once I'm recovered 👌

Why 51 seconds? Is it based on gender and age? If they don’t pass the line they fail? 🤔 Hard no.
This test seems contradictory to the FORCE test. It said if a military person can’t do the first test, due to injuries…they do this one. This one seems a lot more intense /harder and way longer than the force test when I looked it up. Doesn’t seem logical 🤷♀️ Who came up with the timings- exactly 51 seconds …exactly 17 minutes. Are women expected to carry the same weight as men? Doesn’t seem fair. Hard pass for this.
