my country has been at war for 10 years. since my very early years, I had to pack presents for the poor kids who live near the frontline. however, we only recently found out that they'd be stolen and given to the children as presents from people who occupied our land. they attacked us full-scale almost 3 years ago. I cannot imagine my life without the war, without alerts, without explosions, without prejudice, without fear. I've always been so jealous of kids in other countries who, luckily, never had to live through listening to horrible stories not only from their fellow people, but also from other countries' presidents, who only told lies that were given them by our enemy. I dearly hope that the next Christmas will be spent in peace, we'll keep our culture alive and finally win after these years.
