Oven temperature and time?
When you leave the dough to ferment in the oven with a glass of hot water, do you leave the oven light on for those 48 hours? And when you turn the oven on to bake the bread, don't you have to wait until the right heat is reached brfore putting the loaf in? I'd like to try your recipe, it looks good...
