Welcome to my channel! Today I am sharing the Homemade Green Tomato Pickles made with fresh green tomatoes from our garden. These tangy, spicy and flavorful pickles are perfect for adding to side dishes such as a rice, idly or dosa or bread.
In this video, I'll show you the step-by-step process of making your own pickles at home. This recipe is super simple and uses fresh ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry. I hope everyone loves how easy and delicious this recipe is!
Ingredients:
1. Fresh green tomatoes (2lb) (from our garden)
2. 1 1/2 cups vinegar
3. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
4. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
5. 1 tablespoon pepper corn
6. 1 tablespoon fenugreek
7. 1 tablespoon red chille flakes
8. 1 tablespoon salt
2 tbsp sesame oil or any cooking oil
