the reason the wires do this is because car manufactures make the covering out of plant base plastic. not to mention the high temperature they are subjected to.

I love it, hasn't let me down yet. I had to replace trans because I was being and idiot driving in reverse too fast. Other than that no issues more than any other car in my opinion

@@jasonboyer5892 it did actually with out much fuss also, had to add spacers hence the wrenches because I couldn't get the ls engine head bolt to go any deeper after I torqued on it.
