We have been to the lazer show too. We did not know at the time we would be moving to Atlanta. Been there 25 years plus. Not the same as earlier time.

I used to go to the Atlanta area often. My favorite place was Stone Mountain. They have great lazer light shows at night where hundreds of people sit on blankets on the lawn in front of the mountain side sculpture.

With love and patience that little guy's heart can be won over. He's probably going to be a great pet someday. Thanks for feeding him and giving him attention and human contact.

Look at the cat, say something quietly and then look away. Don’t stare as this is what animals do when they are hunting prey. You can look at the cat periodically and say a word, then again look away. Next time, bring a little treat with you and leave it on the grass when you leave. Or on the chair if you are sitting on one. The cat will gradually accept that you are not a threat and that you bring good things to him like a treat. The cat will trust you more and move closer. Don’t make sudden movements and always talk quietly. He may be a neighbourhood cat that enjoys your yard because it is one of the peaceful ones in the area. He is just not sure whether you are a threat to him, or a friendly type. I am a cat fan and enjoyed your video.

We loved our dog so much! I don't know if it will snow again in our lifetime in Metro-Atlanta. I hope it cools down. It has been so hot. Watching the cold is a good memory.

Bob, I like the fern. The trees that grow inside the stand of ferns is what drives me nuts. Ferns are really good plants. When you buy expensive roses or cut them in the side yard, adding ferns from there and from the view of your office window. Two different kinds of ferns are pretty with roses.
