Sorry for the late response, you have to pay the asylum fee of $300. No. 5 is yes for you and 6 is yes for the said part.

According to their by-laws and standards, if you are unable to offer this as a lower-level member, you may need to attain the status of a fellow before your contributions can be fully considered. Keep in mind that simply being a member of a professional organization is not enough to meet the criteria. What matters is your active role in contributing to your field through the organization. Additionally, if the association is not recognized as a respected body within the engineering community, it may not meet the necessary requirements for evaluation, and the criterion is defeated.

@@KaltumeNdayako If you currently file for EB1A and AOS, or if you have an approved EB1A or NIW EB2 and have filed for either of them, you can either submit Form I-131 to request Advance Parole simultaneously or submit the parole form with the required fee thereafter. Note: You can’t request Advance Parole through I-131 if you don’t have an approved EB petition. Additionally, for EB1A, you can file for Adjustment of Status and file for Advance Parole through I-131, entering “yes” for Part 4, Item Number 6a, and selecting both I-485 and I-131.

@@adedotun1 thanks for the swift response I am applying for the EB2 NIW. Also for question 9 do I say YES due to the petition for the H1B?
