COD games were never optimised. I hv tried it with multiple setups. If you drop down the setting let's say 1080p low with dlss performance. It will drop the gpu utilisation instead of increasing fps dramatically.

How do you change the rpm from 900 to 1800.? Isnt set to default at 1800
You can change fan curve in bios. 1800 is the max rpm.

5700x3d would be much better. Lower down settings will increase load on cpu to push those high fps else it will just decrease gpu usage.

With 5800x3d at 900p low...it can push upto 200fps..so you can expect around 160-190 maybe

How do you play 6600xt with very high textures in 2k without memory overflow which causes huge frame drop with low gpu power usage? I can't play normally even with medium textures in 1080p, after few minutes vram is full and fps become very low
Notice the ram usage..that's where it's going. I hv seen ram usage going up to 17gb. Medium settings are optional for this card

6600xt is definitely is better option over 2060
so one side has a 3 pin and a 4 pin and the other side goes to the mobo does it matter what fan goes to the 3 pin or the 4 pin ?
If you are taking about fan pins..then 4 pin is the pwm control..and in the arctic fan..the 3 pin header will just carry the same as the 4 pin while daizy changed
Looks like the CPU Bottleneck. You should at least get 180-200 FPS with Rx 6600xt 8Gb.

This is a cpu bottleneck.. the gpu never go close to it's max utilisation with low settings..worse part is that using FSR will just drop GPU usage even more instead of increasing fps..
