@@JamesYT01 Im senior team member, but I asked for the replacement.
Ok write BloxStreet support on Google and you should have the information but you cannot become one because you are a senior team member and you have to be at least a store manager!
Here are your next roles: Department supervisor rank Mr, Department manager rank Mr, Assistant store manager rank Mr, store manager rank Mr but you have to be a store manager to train people!

As an MR you aren't meant to be supervising.
In fact I had just had the role of department supervisor on a shift and I thought we could supervise but now I know that when you are MR I cannot supervise but thank you for noticing!!
@@JamesYT01 Yeah when I first got the supervisor rank (the old one which is now department manager) I got told not to supervise and I was really confused. But if you look at the rank structure guide you can see that only HR+ can supervise.
