Farewell and See You Soon Trip for MZ 1401
MZ 1401 will go through a major inspection/checkup after September 30th, and thus won't be seen running for a while. To say farewell and see you soon, the Danish Railway Museum had planned a run between Odense and Esbjerg on September 27th, 2020. The event was later cancelled due to covid, but a run without passengers was still done for technical reasons.

On August 16, the Danish Railway Museum drove the short trip between Odense station and Fruens Bøge three times. On July 19th, Nordsjællands Veterantog ran NSB BM 86.28 along with four carriages as a vintage train between their depot in Græsted and Grønnehave station in Helsingør. NSB BM 86.28 owned by Nordisk Jernbaneklub is originally from Norway and was brought to Denmark in 1989. On the Funen mainline, the stations at Skalbjerg, Bred, Gelsted and Kauslunde still have foot crossings, everywhere else they have been replaced by either tunnels or walkways. Are electrified rubbernosed trains exist too? Becaise i know aboout only diesel ones!
Yes they exist as a 3-carriage DMU (class MF) and a 4-carriage EMU (class ER). These two train types are fully interoperable and they very often are run together as part of the same trainset. :)

It is actually a marking that all Danish State Railways (DSB) steam engines had back in the day. But true, it also looks like the Austrian flag. :)

0:15 WHY DO I SEE A NSW XPT IN QLD???
One of the XPT-routes is between Sydney and Brisbane. A little section of standard gauge track go from NSW to Brisbane, which is what allows for the XPT to drive all the way to Brisbane. 😉
But that scene was in Roma street was it not?
@@Rublox There is a section of dual gauge track that runs from Roma street, through South Brisbane, and across the state border that allows the XPT to travel interstate whilst also allowing QLD narrow gauge trains to run on the same track.
