No Bake Black Forest Cheesecake (Easy)
This no bake cheesecake recipe is a simple but delicious recipe. It's based on the black forest gateau which originates in Germany's black forest but is tailored to American tastes and ingredients. What is great about this dessert is that it's not too rich (like many other no bake cheesecakes) and you can get away with having more than one piece (though whether you should is up to you).

Tuna Pasta. I thought it was going to be an OK recipe to finish out Tuna Week with but I was wrong. Really wrong. This recipe called for tuna that was packed in oil and I found that the oil enhances the fishy flavor of tuna. I definitely prefer tuna packed in water. #cooking #tunarecipes #food

Looks great! But, WAY too MUCH Sesame seeds and oil! Half the sesame portions. FYI SS Steel bowls are fine.
The mayo along with the dressing seems like way too much. Baking it in the oven seems pretty pointless unless you add cheese to it to make a tuna melt.
It might seem like it would be too much but it wasn't at all. The heat crisped the bread and mellowed the flavor of the thousand Island dressing. Some people prefer a hot sandwich but I liked it better cold.

Thanks for the comment. Boiling water in the microwave can be unsafe if one doesn't know what their doing. Don't for example put two cups of water in the microwave for 5 minutes. If one is concerned about the possibility of super heating the water, then add a wooden fork or chopstick to ask as a kind of heat sink.
This is why you use mayo to "butter" bread when grilling it in a pan. If you HAVE to use butter, then simply melt it in a microwave first and then brush it on. Also....packaged pre-shredded cheese is lazy as hell. With that said, this tuna melt came out looking pretty good.

I like tuna well enough to make a week's worth of videos. I haven't really thought about making and improved Tunaburger, but that's a good idea. I'll note it and may well make a video about it.

Use fresh cilantro and chopped pecans and 4 peppercorn blend for that outside coat and you’ll be amazed how much better it is. My recipe is really close to this. Also do it with smoked trout Mmmmm
