Jewel Lavenskii (Jewel Jean) is an American singer and rapper from Miami, Florida, born on June 28th, 2002. He started off singing at 7 years old, and his mom (Juenika L. Lee) always inspired him to keep going. She always encouraged him to follow his dreams, no matter what. Once his mother passed away, he took a break from music due to heartbreak. He needed time to process the loss, and then later he realized music was all he needed to overcome the pain he endured. He wanted to make music that makes other people feel happy, fierce, sometimes vulnerable, but always confident.
