To get the door clips of you have to squeeze in the middle of it with pliers

Thanks for this video it was really helpful only thing that was missing was sliding the glass in place. I also had issue with those retaining clips I ended up replacing a few and lubricating them with silicone grease so if I ever have to get in there again it wont be a nightmare.
