Scars show how strong you are and what you have overcome. Be wary of those who know it all but have no scars.

You might look a little different right now, but you are still young and your underlying genetics (at least when it comes to appearance) are good. Which means that as long as you manage to beat the cancer (and keep yourself fit/healthy), you will eventually be just as good looking as you were before (with a couple of years added on). Having said that, there is more to life than physical attractiveness (as is reflected in basically all the other comments here)
