It is also sense of humility and embracing of the experience of the person that has brought me to that place I feel they are sacred.❤ I agree that often it shows up in your physical body, but I think also it is that knowing that we carry psychically recognition of what belongs to us maybe we forgot❤ devotion is a source and a recognition of unconditional love that you feel for yourself and for the experience or the person who has helped you recognize that in your life❤ I tend to feel a lot of things from my sacral chakra because I look at it as my house of emotional memory, and my heart is an integrator and a filter that lifts it up to my higher chakras back up to my higher self source❤ the wonderful part of devotion as an experience and as a recognition in the life is that it is continuous it doesn’t have a beginning or an end. The idea that 'spirituality is just for the mind or heart up' is inherently flawed. It's kind of like saying music is just for your ears or, art is just for the eyes - it's missing the whole concept! Spirituality is about everything: our bodies, our minds, our souls and, everyone and everything around us working together. It's about being real and honest with ourselves, and then letting our true selves shine. There's no right or wrong way to be spiritual. It's about finding what works for you. Don't worry about comparing yourself to others - everyone's journey is different, and it's meant to be that way, otherwise, how could real magic happen? The universe wants us to be exactly who we are. Then, together, we can create something amazing.

In the last month, I’ve taken on mushroom coffee, and quite honestly there is only one vessel in my cupboard that I like to drink the mushroom coffee from.. the others are not as satisfying❤ for me maybe because I’m an artist everything has an aesthetic. a desirable acknowledgment❤ it is such a powerful and much-needed concept that we can accept other people in their resonance without engaging blending or feeling we need to be part of it❤ I love the concept that we are in an intimate dialogue with our own creative and energetic internal space❤ thank you for a profound lesson delivered with loving humor❤

Wow, this was incredible! I was feeling severely depressed and numb, unable to actually see why exactly I was feeling that way. So many emotions came up while doing the tapping and also the sequence of events since the morning today that led me to feel this way. Now I can acknowledge and release them.
