I began writing this the morning of December 26t and finished the morning of January 1. This work is both reflective and playful. The music was allowed to just go where it seemed to want to go. Typically I like to improvise over a melodic or harmonic idea and just see what comes of it. Enjoy.

I just pray this video will bless you as much as it did me. I have been mom's caregiver for almost 6 years now and it has been challenging and most rewarding. I have never written a song before but it has always been a desire for me. On November 4, 2017 I began to hear the words to this song and on December 9, 2017 I heard the tune....my husband & I recorded it January 4, 2018 at The Loft in Columbus, GA and then did the video in March. Everyone in the video is my mothers' children, grand children or great grandchildren....they all did an amazing job! A special thanks to each of the musicians and the beautiful job they did, Jessie Shelby, Neal Lucas, Lloyd Buchanan what amazing guys!!! Don Tipton completed the journey with this beautiful video!!! A very thankful heart to my Lord, Jesus Christ for helping me hear these words and giving me such a special gift!!
