Pumpkin Cheesecake Dream Bars are the easier and less fussy version of pumpkin cheesecake. This layered dessert comes together quickly, uses lots of flavors of fall, and is simply delicious!

1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Pumpkin Mixture Layer:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Topping:
Whipped cream
Crushed ginger snaps

you said dreamcicle but titled creamsicle. which is it?
We use the names interchangeably but here’s the “scoop.” Dreamsicle” and “Creamsicle” started out as brand names and weren’t flavors in and of themselves. But the flavor of both is that of orange (usually in sherbet form) and vanilla ice cream or ice milk, either swirled together or with orange sherbet coating a vanilla ice cream/ice milk core.
Prince never used the yellow guitar till 1991. It was made in 1990. So the date is wrong, but it might be his guitar.
