@Chuck Norris is an idiot.. He was was drafting behind a vehicle. Try to sprint by yourself on a flat with no wind, bet you cant hit 40mph let alone 50mph. Rollers alloy you to work on your core and bike handling.

i had a crash a long time ago with my bike ,the front wheel was fixed but i think the bike is not it was before,,is it really necesary the bike to be NO CRASH

The position has helped me beat Matt Illingworth in numerous tt's and have beaten junior records set by the Meyer brothers. I have played with this position for a long time! and don't feel at all strained when compared to wider arms and fell a lot more comfortable. As for the quad pull??
