If a broker writes an inaccurate FreightGuard ahead of a long weekend, a carrier will miss the 72 hour window to leave their side of the story. Why are carriers unable to take long weekends over the holidays without taking this risk?

Great point about leaving positive reviews. Carriers can also think about doing that for us brokers who actually care about the drivers and the carriers. If we can just try to stop that pendulum from the drastic swings that weve seen and keep it somewhere mear an equilibrium of broker market/carrier market we could all breathe a little easier and work together.

I know from our personal source that many of these trucks are overloaded so It becomes extremely dangerous. One truck need to replace tires at least six times due to too much weight.

There is a Russian saying: he who pays the piper calls the tune. He does not care about Carriers. He cares only about brokers because they are his customers and pay him. This individual has developed a feature that will eventually undermine itself because it does not adhere to the principles of equal exchange and fairness. Once upon a time, every legitimate carrier would have one or several FG-reports, and the significance of such information will diminish. It will become nonsensical to rely on these reports for decision-making, as everyone will recognize that there is no mechanism to verify the baseless claims. Every broker can post whatever they like without any real restrictions. Consequently, this tool will lose its value for both parties.

the only issue with the virtual address being listed on carrier 411 is for example I have an office in a 15 story building where I operate from physically but there’s other companies that lease there too. We get listed as virtual address even though we are there physically working. Many times I have had to send pics to broker of my office lol

DEFUND FMCSA He makes it perfectly clear his customers are brokers. This is a data collecting company. He states they own all the intellectual property. It only a matter of time until all this data gets sold. Data collection and selling data is a modern day gold rush. If carriers just got their own customers carrier 411 wouldn’t matter. Rob Lowe from Prime Inc doesn’t care about carrier411. Freightgaurds do more harm than good. Good for him for making a product and marketing it to companies with enough margins to make his company successful. Carrier411 is a money grab.
