Wow, it was so fun watching LT back in the day. Being a cowboys fan he was truly a player i loved to watch but hated the way he would destroy the boys every time. He was just a beast that took control. Makes you wonder what he would have been like if he wasn't an alcoholic and drug addict.

Marvin Harrison only having 2 touchdowns in his entire postseason career is insane. The Colts as a whole just underperformed time and time again in the playoffs and barely made adjustments. Out played, out coached and just not making huge moves in the offseason.

I wont say he was the best coach to ever coach in the nfl. Cetainly in top 10 in nfl history. Perhaps top 5. But i believe he was the most famous. The look on the sidelines is so historic. I think if theres 1 coach in nfl history that all the great ones would look up to n ask advice it be tom landry.

I think he really believed in old school respect. The times changed going into the 70s. Perhaps as much as any time in this nations history. Vietnam civil rights. Ect. I think that change and understanding it was very difficult for coach landry. I believe this country would be much better off living in coach landrys old school respect world instead of where uts gone.

Some say the games passed him by in the 1980s when the teams success went down hill Perhaps. But I remember cowboys loosing to redskins n giants all 4 div. Games. 0-4. In 1984. Next year cowboys turned the tables completely around in 85 and and swept them both 4-0. Some might say we'll the giants n redskins weren't as good of teams. Wrong they were better. Giants other then 2-0 again cowboys they were 7-7. In 85 they were 10-4 other then 0-2 again cowboys. Redskins in 84 were other then 2-0 again cowboys they were 9-5. In 85- 10-4 other then 0-2 again cowboys. He saw what he could change against those 2 div. Teams and his coaching was a major reason for that turn around.

I used to watch 1970s nfl highlights and remember how old it looks. now watching this it looks just as old!
