I have landed at Teesside twice! Both have been onto R23 but one on each side of the plane.

@@Freddie.minton3256it’s my local airport so I use it pretty regularly going to and from work. So convenient- I can be home 20 mins after landing ! 🛬

Being from Hartlepool it is mine as well along side Newcastle. I seem to fly into Teesside more often than out because of how the pricing compares with Newcastle!

It was definitely early but it was so much cheaper than the day time Jet2 or afternoon ryanair times to Teesside and Newcastle! I flew EasyJet from Manchester this year and loved it so you will be fine. Were thinking about returning in October so if we do we will come back to Newcastle or LBA like we did going out at Easter as we went before Teesside flights started, they started Sunday we went Friday .

It's a shame it was so wet as Manchester isn't my local so I don't travel through there very often and would have liked to see more of the aircrafts. There is a landing video back at Manchester which is in better conditions.

This was GXN, so yes! Very turbulent with a few screams coming through the clouds, it makes the speed up version in the trip report which is really shaky because of it. Thank you! Not a frequent user of the Metro as I am from the bottom end of the North East. I do love it though. Will be using it to get to Newcastle Airport soon as summer shows its self!

@@Nansf yes, the Corfu flight that went before was full as well as we saw them all coming off the plane whilst we got dropped off.

Yep it was actually. Never expected it to be as busy as it was but the 3/3a is an hourly service (so one every 30 mins as the 3a is only slightly different) but lots of old folk on 😎
